Frequently Asked Questions
I live in Pleasant Valley and have a pool membership. Can I bring my neighbor as a guest?
No. Guest passes are only good for guests outside of the Pleasant Valley community. Residents of Pleasant Valley who are not pool members are not permitted to be guests of other pool members.
Can I use my guest passes from last year?
No. All passes expire at the end of the season.
Can non-members outside of PV purchase guest passes without membership?
No. Guest passes are a benefit of membership, not a replacement for membership.
If a family has one member who is 65 or above, would they be eligible for the senior discount?
Yes. They would qualify for the Family Senior Membership.
Are out-of-town family members considered guests or are they considered family members?
The family membership entitles all family members at your current residence to access the pool and its facilities but does not include family members that live outside of your current PV residence. Each out-of-town visitor would need to use a guest pass.
I am a Pleasant Valley resident and am considering joining the pool this year. I wanted to make sure that if we join, our nanny will be able to take our kids to the pool this summer when we're working.
A family membership would cover your nanny while you are working but please make sure you register them at the front desk.
If I give someone a guest pass can they use this pass throughout the season or will they need a new pass each time?
Guest passes are only valid for 1 visit (1 day) per season and can’t be reused. If you have a visitor that will be here for 3 days then they will need to use 3 different guest passes.
